Click Add a Restaurant and fill in your details. Listings are free and go live after a quick review by our team (usually within 24 hours). You'll need a Google Maps Place ID to get full details pulled automatically — we'll help you find it.

Yes — basic listings are completely free. You get your restaurant's name, address, hours, cuisine type, neighbourhood, and a link to your website. We may introduce premium features (featured placement, promoted listings) in the future, but the core directory will always be free.

We review new listings manually, typically within 24 hours. If your listing hasn't appeared after 48 hours, check your spam folder for a confirmation email or contact us.

Go to your restaurant's listing page and click Claim This Listing. You'll need to verify ownership (usually by confirming your business email or phone). Once claimed, you can update your hours, photos, and contact details from the Owner Dashboard.

All listings are cross-referenced with Google Places data. We verify the address, phone number, and hours against Google's database. Listings marked ✅ have been confirmed by the DhakaEats team. Unverified listings are labelled clearly.

Hours are sourced from Google Places and updated when restaurant owners claim their listing. Because hours change seasonally or without notice, we recommend calling ahead for special occasions or late-night visits.

On the Restaurants page, click the Nearest sort option and allow location access. You can also browse our interactive map or filter by neighbourhood.

Yes — use the filters on the Restaurants page. You can filter by cuisine type (e.g. Vegan & Vegetarian), and we're expanding dietary filters over time based on user feedback.

Ratings and review counts are sourced from Google Places and updated periodically. We display Google ratings alongside any reviews submitted directly through DhakaEats.

Navigate to any restaurant listing and scroll to the Reviews section. You'll need a free DhakaEats account to submit a review. All reviews are moderated before publication.

Absolutely! Use the Add a Restaurant form — you don't need to be the owner. We'll add it to the directory as an unverified listing and the owner can claim it later.

Click the Report an Issue link on any listing page, or contact us directly. We take data quality seriously and aim to fix errors within 48 hours.
